I’m Nicola, and I’ve been working with skin for over two decades. Over the years, I realised how important wellness is to the success of skin treatments. This inspired me to study holistic therapies and integrate them into the studio, combining advanced protocols with treatments designed to reduce tension and promote relaxation.

 

My passion for the industry began with my mother, Tracey. As a child, I loved watching her work in perfumeries. I was fascinated by the lights, the elegance, and the buzz of the beauty world. In fact my first account manager role was with Omorovicza, Harvey Nichols, London where I met women who had worked with my mum while she was pregnant with me.

 

After working with some of the biggest names in skincare, I’ve spent the last 10 years running my own skin clinic. I’ve built a studio that blends results-driven aesthetics with holistic therapies, ensuring that every client leaves looking and feeling their absolute best.

Tracey Hill – Captain Holistic

Known in the studio as “Mama Hill” or sarcastically by Nicola “Captain Holistic,”  Tracey brings decades of beauty industry experience to the team. After a successful career working with iconic brands, she launched her own organic skincare line in 2013, focusing on baby and feminine care products.

​

In 2024, Tracey joined the studio, bringing her expertise in holistic treatments to complement our results-driven aesthetic protocols. Her calming approach and extensive knowledge make her an invaluable part of the team, ensuring every treatment feels as restorative as it is effective.
